I was hesitant to purchase an over-seas machine at first however the price point they were able to offer for the quality of machine was unbeatable. **UPDATE** Just bought another machine,Hongniu is awesome! First, the laser welder is awesome! I'm not a great welder by any stretch, but I was welding. 063 aluminum in just a few minutes and it came out great. The CNC 1500W machine for my needs is awesome. Was cutting my test files at 480 ipm, with rapids at 1400. Impressed to say the least. Ended up purchasing 3015 cnc's and 2 1500 watt laser welders. Delivery is in the next 2 weeks. I'll update how that goes.

We have been running a table/tube system for about 2 years now. We have had good success given the difficult time when we started our company given shut downs. Our main reason we went with Hongniu was that they had the ability to address a downtime issue in a 1-2 day period. They have techitions as well as replacement equipment. This was our main concern when starting our company and is why we chose to work with Hongniu

So I'm like most people online. I usually only give out reviews when I've had a bad experience with someone. Hongniu is the exception to this rule. I've owned our HN3015E for about a year now. A few weeks ago I called them about a problem I was having with our laser machine. Not only was he super helpful but he sent out a tech named Lee the fallowing day. Yes... 10pm on a Saturday who does that! Did not leave until our table was 100% up and running and spent about an hour training me on some features on the laser table that I was unfamiliar with.

We are real users. We have purchased 6 machines from Hongniu, including pipe cutting machines, plate cutting machines, bending machines and welding machines. We have cooperated for more than 3 years. The quality of the machines is very good and the after-sales service is also timely. We are very satisfied@
